Monee account deletion

Leave on your terms.

Your account and your on-device financial records are separate.

Delete your Monee account

1. Open Monee and go to Settings > Account & privacy.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Verify with the same Apple or Google account, then confirm deletion.

This removes live account records, sessions and attributable temporary activity records, and revokes the provider grant. It does not remove your on-device ledger or files you have exported. Provider backups and security logs may follow separate retention schedules.

Remove local financial records

Export anything you need first. Removing Monee's app data in your device settings, or deleting the app and its data, removes its local ledger. An exported Excel report is not an in-app restore file. Check separately for copies in your device backups or shared files.

Don't have access to the app?

Email hello@pesastack.co for help. Because Monee does not store your email as an account identifier, an email alone cannot verify account ownership. A verified web deletion flow is not available yet. Support cannot delete an account solely from an unverified email request.

No account? There is no Monee sign-in account to delete. You can still remove local records using your phone's app-storage controls.
